These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RBL Tool ("Service"), operated by DGTL TECH LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Service Description
RBL Tool is a network intelligence platform designed for Local Internet Registries (LIRs), Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and network operators. The Service provides tools for monitoring IP address reputation, validating RPKI configurations, analyzing DNS blacklist status, and receiving alerts regarding network status changes.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
The Service offers subscription-based access with different tiers providing varying levels of functionality and usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
Credit packs purchased as one-time transactions are non-refundable. Subscription refunds may be issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorized access.
You must:
- Use a strong, unique password for your account
- Keep your login credentials and API keys confidential
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Log out from shared or public devices after each session
We implement various security measures including rate limiting, IP-based access controls, and security monitoring. Repeated failed login attempts or suspicious activity may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
6. Rate Limiting and Fair Use
To ensure fair access and protect the Service from abuse, we implement rate limiting on API requests and certain Service features. Rate limits vary by subscription plan and endpoint type. Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary request blocking (HTTP 429).
Repeated or deliberate attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary IP blocking or account suspension. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time to maintain Service quality.
